Fun and easy project!
Came with everything we needed and made for such a fun easy activity on a cold day! We did have one needle break to an enthusiastic felter! Other then that high quality wool that felted easily with beautiful colors.

Best beginner kit ever!
My daughter (9) was interested in trying wool felting so I chose this kit for her. The instructions were easy to follow, but I do suggest watching tutorials of people actually doing it. There was plenty of wool, and I mean plenty. We made six creatures and there's still enough to do 6+ more at least. The needles were sturdy and there are back-ups, but we didn't break any. I would definitely choose woolbuddies again.

ADORABLE!
This was a a perfect introduction to the art of felting. The instructions were easy to follow, the provided materials were high quality, and the end result was adorable. I'm hooked!

Overall a good starter kit
The contents come as follows; multiple colors in varying amounts of wool, six identical needles, a small block of foam, an small booklet to learn the basics, and three rubbery thimbles in different sizes (i would presume for use on different fingers but it could also be just for size too) to prevent you from poking yourself.I started with the penguin to get the hang of it and then kind of looked up other ones to do online, as the booklet only gives you three or four different ones to do via instructions while the rest are there as examples.Pros; all contents were there, instructions easy to follow with the help of colored illistrations as well as written directions, beautiful colors and variety, plenty of needles, and well packed.Cons; because the wool comes in plastic baggies only sealed by tape, theres no good way to store the wool back in its original flimsy bag. Another note is that it never says exactly how much wool to use per project. The wool splits into seperate locks and is a fixed length but the instructions never say much to use, which i feel can result in either a larger project than you anticipated or the risk for wasting the limited wool you have from the kit (since this is a kit and the intention is that im trying something new, i dont want to make the commitment of going out and buying more wool if im not sure i like the concept of the projects yet)

Great craft for a great price!
I’ve always wanted to learn how to do this craft and this kit was the greatest way to start that inexpensive to buy all the dupplirs for multiple projects. My 10 year old granddaughter even made one and didn’t poke her fingers. Haha! Love it

It’s just okay
I searched around a lot before finally deciding on this kit. It’s an OK kit. The pad that you’re supposed to put the project on was so horrible I threw it out after using it once. Chunks of it kept flying up and it was just terrible. Fortunately, I bought a real pad separately and have been using that. The wool in here is pretty good, although there isn’t much of it, especially the white since you have to use white with most of the projects. I bought some separate wool felt From Hobby lobby and was shocked at how much better the quality was when I took it out of the package! The directions are pretty good, not too many complaints there. It would be nice if there was a little more instruction about how to fashion the small pieces, like ears. You’re left kind of on your own for that. It got me started, so I’m grateful for that, I just wish the quality of the stuff was better and I wish they gave you more white.
