It works perfectly. Large display which I can read from more than 2 metres away. I like most, the capability of the outdoor sensor to function as an independent thermometer!

First off let me say that I really liked the unit with the exception of its tragic flaw. It was easy to set up and sync with the outside transmitter and I like the display. Unfortunately, the time zone would not change off of the preset to Pacific time. The instructions say to just use the "up" button when the time is displayed to cycle through the different time zones. When I first tried unsuccessfully to set it to Central time, I got on Amazon and read reviews that discussed changing the time zone. I read it needs to be set first, so I removed the batteries and tried setting it before setting the time. I tried waiting various time (up to 2 weeks) before putting the batteries back but nothing worked. By this time it was too late to return to Amazon so I contacted the manufacturer. They told me to do what I had already tried and after a few messages back and forth and retrying the same things, they sent me a new unit. The new unit will not let me reset the time zone either, and on this one I did try changing it before even setting the clock. Additional emails to the Mfg have not gotten a response after almost two weeks. Disappointing! An aside, the unit would work great for someone living in the Pacific time zone.

Have been using for many years now and it is still working good. Could be a more readable display but LCD's are that way.

This was a gift for my 88 year old Mom and she loves it! The numbers are plenty large and once my brother-in-law got it set up for her, it’s so easy for her to use.

Nice display but only lights blue when you tap it. Otherwise screen grays out. When batteries start to go in outdoor piece the indoor display will give you dashed even though the outdoor piece still gives readings.Difficult to initially set up display setting like your time zones, any alarms, and date. Placement of buttons on back make it difficult to hold while looking at front display. Each setting button also serves more than one function so can be a bit confusing at first.

I have purchased 4 of these . I loved the big display that glows when you hit the snooze button. The last one I purchased couldn't be set and I returned it immediately and replaced it with another which now after 6 months can no longer be set. It sets itself automatically but the button to adjust the time zone no longer works. I would not recommend this product due to its poor reliability. I purchased 4 in total. Only one still works. Same problem. It works for a while and then no longer works. I expect a clock to last mor e than 6 months.

Very much liked the Display and the easy setup.
