Good sound quality, light weight, quick connection

I received this product in the same condition but I was out of town for some office work and after returning from there I found a damaged product. I asked for replacement on Amazon but the product was not available and I was told to file a warranty claim but I have not received any warranty till now.Most important :- The sound volume goes up and down automatically
