Q: How many cups of dry food does the large bowl hold?

The chart at the top of the page says the total capacity is 59.6 oz. That is TOTAL. (For both bowls) That is almost 8 cups. 1cup-8oz~8cups-64oz So, each bowl holds almost 4 cups.

Q: My size large was folded and stuffed into a too small box. It’s all wavy and warped. Any way to smooth it out?

It's rubber right! Well than, 1) clean it, 2) place the bowl into hot water laying flat for a few minutes (not boiling water). It should return to it's original form.
