Q: What are ingredients in this litter? my cat rejects the pine litter. also don't want harmful chemicals

It is 99% dust free clay litter. I use Unscented for my cats. Easy clump and cleanup. It is also a light weight cat litter. 15lb jug same as 20lb jug. And bonus, for every jug purchased, a pound of litter is donated to an animal shelter. Hope this review helps.

Q: Why does this say in the description for use on kittens? is this not for adult cats? because i find it doesn’t last very long. a jug a week?!

This is for all cats/kittens. I have one cat and one litterbox. I totally scrub the litterbox every 3 weeks with soap and water and at that time add 1 jug in the litterbox. In between times, I periodically add additional litter as it goes down from scooping. I have never had to use a jug in one week. As directed, when you first put it in the box, it should be at least 3" deep so that it clumps good and makes it is easy to scoop all the waste out. I'm not sure why you are going through a jug a week, as you shouldn't be unless you have several litterboxes to fill. Good luck!
