These work well for blocking out my husband's snoring. I have little ears and they stay in place most of the night if I'm not tossing and turning all night. They do stick out a bit but that doesn't bother me. The best I've found for an adult with little ears. This is the second set I've bought because they actually work. They are comfortable as well

The Mack's Slim Fit Soft Foam Earplugs are Wirecutter's Top Pick and I agree. I have tried a few brands and styles over the years and these are the best for comfort and ease of placement. I also have enjoyed using the aluminum case, which I use for traveling. It is lightweight but indestructible. I put in on the bedside table of whatever hotel I am staying in in case the need for earplugs arises. It's super easy to find in the dark, twist open and insert a pair of plugs without significantly disrupting whatever sleep state I might be in.

They may get stuck

Normal earplugs were making my ears so sore after wearing them at night for sleeping so I bought these hoping they would do the trick. They are very slim and fit great and importantly do not make my ears sore. They don’t feel like they are snug as they likely should be to reduce as much noise as possible but for me, as long as it muffled some sound, that’s all I cared about if they didn’t make my ears sore. I will be a repeat buyer of these!

Hooray! Finally ear plugs that are soft enough they don't hurt my ears and nearly completely block all noise when I'm sleeping. Game changer.

I really wish I liked these more. For some reason I have a hard time getting them in place properly. When I do, I can hear them expand then drown out noise. But I feel like an idiots trying time after time to get it right. Most times I can hear it expand but it isn’t in deep enough to it’s sits in the outer edge of my ear and easily falls out. Super easy to take out. When I get em in right, they are great.

I didn't give these earbuds a high hope as in the past none of others worked. The old ones were too bulky. They won't stay in place and were very uncomfortable when l slept sideways. But these small ones were a surprise! They fit nicely, block at least 70 percent of the noice, and stay through the night. A true life saver!!

These just fall out! They don’t block sound at all. I threw them away. Much better are Mack’s silicone earplugs.
