Great computer! .... it is older, but it's well-built [back than computers were made better than nowadays], and it's reliable - a work horse!

Exactly as advertised
Everything came in as advertised, laptop has proven consistently reliable after more than a week of heavy use. Only issue is the battery which is struggling and has relatively short life, but that is a simple enough replacement otherwise.UPDATE: I have communicated with the seller (tekrefurbs) and they have since responded dealing with the one issue I had.

System would freeze and stall, unable to complete Windows setup
I took a change on a refurbished machine and that was a mistake. The system would boot into the Windows installer but would shortly freeze or fail to load the next step of the install process (e.g. the "Bot Detection" screen was solid blue, no way to progress or finish setup). Machine would periodically freeze. Not worth the money.

Older unit, but able to be upgraded VERY easy!
I purchased 2 of these. The one unit had a battery issue. I'd fully charge it, then after only a few minutes i got the notification to plug it in. I contacted the seller about the issue and was sent a brand new battery the next day! This is top notch service! These units support up to 32GB ram also...so don't let the age fool you, these things are work horses! Highly recommend! I've been a laptop tech many years and serviced many different models....the Latitude is always a win! Sold my brother a Latitude 620 7 years ago and he still uses it daily.

Works fast!
I absolutely love this laptop! Reasonable and lightweight. Has all the ports I need. At first, the camera/video app did not work, so in calling Amazon customer service, the rep lead me to the solution of a setting and it worked right away. Because I'm an author now, I need an up-to-date computer that does not slow down, freeze, or lag while typing using a template to format. It has served me well up to this point of publishing my 4th book and all the computer work required to do so. It's been fabulous and fast, both offline and online!

Nothing to dislike
I'm partial to Dell computers and laptops. I'm not a gamer nor a fan of touch screens. Aside from that, this L/T does not disappoint one iota. It has all the features I wanted and preforms flawlessly.Great product.
