Sleek with all the bells and whistles
I was attracted by its sleek style and rich features. After ~3 months of use, it didn't disappoint me.The installation is easy. Though the quick releasing mount can have more wiggling room than the traditional screw fix.Feature wise, it has everything a high end bidet should and could have and probably better than many big brand models coming at 2x or 3x prices. The instant heated unlimited water works as expected. The spray head cleans itself every time. The drier can blow up to very warm air. The heated seat has various levels and the lowest level suits me well. The night light comes handy and I don't need any extra night lighting for the both room. Everything can be customized and memorized.Reliability wise, it hasn't failed so far. Maybe once or twice the sitting sense lost track, which can be recovered by power cycling. It was probably caused by my sitting weight center was too close to either ends. After I got used to it, hasn't happen again. One thing it may miss or I just didn't bother exploring is one press to run the whole procedure automatically with customized settings. But honest speaking it is not a real problem. If it can last for 1 year, I will call it a great product.

Good value!
So far I'm impressed with this Bidet. The thing I like most about it is how sleek it looks. Most other bidet seats are big and bulky. This one is slim, but still has all of the functionality.Installation took 30mins for the seat. Pretty straight forward after I got an outlet wired into the wall. It came with the stainless T pipe for the plumbing (not cheap plastic one). I tested all of the settings out and everything works as it should. It has great water pressure settings depending on how strong you like it. I like high pressure and was worried this might be weak after reading other reviews. But this bidet has plenty of spray power for my liking.Lastly, this is such a bargain. A comparable name brand is $800-$900. I'm a penny pincher and I couldn't justify spending that kind of money on a toilet seat. It was hard for me to spend $260 on this toilet seat. But I'm so glad I went for it!I'll update my review if I experience any problems within the first year.

Great bang for your buck, but missing key features to compare to high-end
The media could not be loaded. We have had a bidet for a few years now. It's interesting how used to it we have gotten because of some key features. I'll ask for this today it has most of the features you want. Unlike other bidets where the water heats in a reservoir, this heat's on the fly so you're always going to have warm water and you can change the temperature if you want it hot. Same thing with the seat temperature. This also has some extra features for example the heated air dry which is a really nice touch no pun intended, and also you can just have room temperature air. It actually does heat warmer as you adjust the temperature. Cool feature. The deodorizer is a little noisy, and I didn't really notice any sense. But apparently there's a fan there that circulates the air through a filter or something. As for the main feature spraying water it does have a front and back setting that you can completely adjust to minute increments. It's really accurate for where you want it to spray. It does seem to have a little bit of overspray as the back of the seat had some mist on it. Not sure I really like that because if you get a dirty one is it going to leave some chocolate spray there? You know what I mean? Now for what you pay you're not going to find this many features. You will be very hard pressed to find a true bidet built in like this with a light adjustable water temperature, adjustable stream pressure, adjustable seat heater adjustable air heater, And also a stainless steel nozzle. That is rare in and of itself. But what I didn't like about it now understand I'm an experienced bidet user. Not trying to be funny seriously once you've used one for a while you start to understand. Our old one has two user settings. One for my wife and one for me. I can't tell you how beneficial that is. I go press user too and it sets exactly how I want it. My wife presses user 1 and the same thing she said. We don't have air dry and the adjustments for the seat heater are a little less, but I wouldn't miss the deodorizer at all. What I miss the most however is the pulsating option and oscillating option. We have a total washlet. We're still keeping it It was just going to the guest room. But the total washlet cost more with just a couple fewer features but having the user settings and the oscillating impulsating is a game changer. We literally press one button and we're done. With this new one it feels like you need the remote control for the whole experience. You have to adjust it then start it stop it adjust temperature it's just too much going on. If it was one person all the time it would probably perfect because it will remember your settings I believe. Anyway I hope that that helps some of you. I think we're going to return ours, but for a first time the day user you're probably going to love this and it's the best bang for your buck. If you're looking for value I don't think you can go wrong.

Better than bidets double the cost
We remodeled two bathrooms and installed different bidets in each. This one is so much better than the more expensive one. The seat is comfortable, the water is immediately warm, the remote works well and is simple to use. I'm looking to buy another to replace the other one we have.
