I have a lot to say about this 4kw inverter
First I want to say, excellent customer service. I have bought 3 of these so far. I have also bought several other brands. Most of the other brands could not start my refrigerator alone and were returned quickly. This one starts the loads every time with no problems. This has powered my 12000 btu mini-split, my refrigerator, computer, lights, chest deep freezer, etc. with no problems. Only one other 4k inverter could do this and it cost much more than twice the price of this one. The expensive one was more than 3 times the size and weight of this one and looked like a much better build. But both had almost exactly the same loads and both lasted about a year before failing. Both were quickly replaced under warranty. The replacement for the other one lasted just a few days past it's warranty and then quit again and I found without the warranty it was just a boat anchor. But the replacement for this one died a few days before it's warranty expired and it was replaced for free so is still functional beyond the end of the warranty. The second one of these I bought failed out of box and was quickly replaced. The replacement worked as an inverter but had a display problem and was again replaced and that one is working well. The third one has had no problems yet but it is still very new. Time will tell. Overall this product and seller are fantastic because of the great customer service and ease of getting warranty replacements. Now onto a more technical review of the product. It has some issues. The AC output screw terminals are far to small for the 4k rating. The max wire size they reliably hold is just 12awg. I overcame this by passing one wire under the screw and having both ends of the wire extend a few feet beyond the screw so that both ends of the 12AWG wire go to a cord mounted 30 amp twist lock socket. This provides a cool connection to the inverter for a 30 amp load (3600 watts). Another issue is that the supplied DC cables are not heavy enough for a 3600 watt load. I replaced them with dual 2AWG wires between the battery bus bars and each of the inverter terminals that are also a bit too small and require careful torquing with a proper torque wrench. This inverter requires substantial LIFEPO4 batteries and substantial DC cables. I laugh at the other reviewers that give bad ratings from obviously using batteries that are not big enough, or cables that are too small. No 4k inverter is going to continuously run a real 4kw load due to power factor and other factors, but this comes as close as a premium inverter that costs 3 times as much and weighs in at 3 to 4 times the weight. I am currently running the 2 newest ones of these with near identical loads and have a third older one on standby in case one fails. I know that the company will quickly replace a warranty failure and I can use the old out of warranty for a few days while waiting for the replacement to arrive. When the warranty expires on these I will just buy 2 more new ones and still be money ahead of buying the much more expensive heavy weight premium inverters. I highly recommend this inverter with the caveat that great batteries and cables be used with it. and make sure to avoid loose connections that would quickly overheat. Also please learn in advance how to use the Amazon "send a message to seller" feature that may be a little too cryptic for some new people to figure out quickly when it is most needed due to a failure. Once it is figured out it works very well.

Impressive
I bought this back in November to power my off grid camper. I have this unit (24V 4000Watt Inverter), 4 solar panels and 6 batteries in my battery bank. I have a double plug 30 amp pig tail plugged into the unit which connects to a 50 amp adapter and that cable runs to the camper.Yesterday I was able to finally complete a full operational checkout of the system. This inverter was able to power my roof air conditioner, refrigerator, and microwave all at once. The display was showing 3900 watts. Obviously the battery bank will not support a super long/extended run but it is enough to use each item as needed.I love the remote, but wish there was more to it like showing usage on the remote itself, but it does what it needs to do.My only observation is the internal fan seems to run when the ambient air, or unit, get above 85 or so. In a warm weather state this may mean the fan runs continuously.Otherwise I am very pleased with this and would make the purchase again.

Reliable Power Solution with a Few Minor Flaws.
The media could not be loaded. After a few weeks of using the this 4000W inverter, I can say it’s overall a great product, but it’s not without a few minor drawbacks. Here’s my detailed experience with it.Performance:The inverter truly delivers on its promise of 4000W continuous and 8000W peak power. The pure sine wave technology ensures clean, stable power for sensitive electronics. I’ve run everything from a coffee maker to my laptop and even some power tools without any issues. Unlike cheaper modified sine wave models, there’s no buzzing sound or instability in connected devices with this one.Ease of Use:One of my favorite features is the wireless remote control. It’s incredibly convenient, especially since I installed the inverter in my RV, where accessing it directly can be inconvenient. The LCD display is bright and informative, giving me real-time data about power usage and any potential warnings like overloading or overheating.Connectivity Options:The multiple ports are a big plus. Having 4 AC outlets, USB ports, a Type-C port, and an AC terminal block gives me the flexibility to connect various devices at the same time. I’ve even used it to charge my phone while running larger appliances, so far without any issues.Durability and Build Quality:The build quality is impressive. The aviation-grade aluminum housing gives it a premium feel, and the intelligent cooling fan is ultra-quiet while keeping the unit cool during extended use. I’ve used it for hours on end, and it barely gets warm. So that’s a nice plus.Safety and Protection:Safety features like overload, over-voltage, and short circuit protection are reassuring. I actually accidentally overloaded it once by plugging in too many appliances, and it automatically shut down and restarted without any damage to my devices or the inverter itself.Minor Drawbacks:That said, no product is perfect. My main complaint is the size and weight. While the robust build quality is appreciated, this inverter is on the heavier side, which makes it less portable than I’d like. It’s fine for stationary setups or in vehicles like RVs or trucks, but it’s a bit of a hassle to move around if you need it in multiple locations.Additionally, the fan does kick on a little earlier than I expected, even under a moderate load. While it’s quiet, I can see this being mildly annoying in a very quiet environment, like when camping.Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, this inverter turned out to be an excellent investment. It’s powerful, versatile, and reliable, with safety features that protect your appliances and peace of mind. Whether you need it for RV life, camping, or as a backup power solution for your home, this inverter simply gets the job done.

Great performance with one flaw
I have been using this for almost two years and it has worked well - can start a propane clothes drier with that initial huge current surge as long as the batteries feeding it have decent voltage. My biggest gripe is that the display has faded and is nearly unreadable in all but total darkness and is very difficult to read then. Comes with fairly beefy cables although not quite as beefy as the ones that came with my 2000W Renogy - but Renogy too many $$$
