Well made good looking lifting straps. I use these for deadlifts over 400lbs so I can focus on the lift and not my grip as much. No fraying, ample length to wrap a few times about the bar. The padding isn't substantial but it's more than enough to keep the strap from digging into my wrists. I'd definitely buy again if I ever needed another set but I anticipate these lasting for several years at a minimum. The fabric is a little smoother than some of the straps I've used in the past but it hasn't caused them to slid or slip while using them. All around very happy with them. Iron infidel makes quality stuff and their logo is cool to boot.

Tried these because I loved the look. Compared to another brand that we also use, these are too thin and the padding is sub-par. Since the padding does not cover the straps width-wise, the stiff strong canvas part digs into your hands. Ended up getting another pair of the other brand and returning these. Improve the pad coverage across the width of the strap and it would be better!

Original Review: I bought these as I heard that nylon straps were a good choice as they don't stretch like cotton under heavy loads. However, without padding, these really dig into your hands and become painful with time. I probably won't use these for anything other than max attempts or sets with 3 reps or less.Revised: Iron Infidel reached out to me after posting this review and offered to send me a free pair of padded straps. I received them today. Although the padding is noticeably thinner than on other straps I own, I did not experience any discomfort and the padded straps are a big step up from the unpadded ones (obviously)! Good company to deal with and thanks for making things right!
