The media could not be loaded. Very easy to use and comes with 4 uses. It has a line where you poor out the liquid to so you don’t have to measure it yourself. Make sure to buy the bottle liquid and not the pods so it cleans the inside of the machine!

This coffee descaler arrived in a package so beat up, it looked like it came from a junkyard. Neither bottle of descaler had safety seals on, and the package looks like some fluid may have leaked out already. No idea what is in the bottles, and I certainly would not use what is a clear, and (to me) unidentifiable fluid to descale or clean a device that will brew coffee I might drink. I am surprised that this would even be sent out. It arrived in a box with other items that were NOT beat up, so I do not believe this was the result of shipping damage.
