Very impressive, Great Value!
Overall, a wonderful helmet for a great price!Product came we’ll packaged and in great condition. The helmet arrives bubble wrapped in a cloth storage bag with the accessories, including some extra velcro stickers that can be used as attachment points for the liner if the ones inside the helmet wear out.The chin strap adjustability is good, but took a bit to figure out. Additionally the chin strap has with padding around it, which is a small but nice feature. Morever the adustable turn knob on the back works as expected. The helmet is comfortable to wear and has great safety features. It has a great rating by Virginia Tech Helmet rating, an independent helmet rating laboratory.I haven’t worn the helmet on bike ride yet, but from test fitting it I can tell that it’s very light and comfortable so I expect it to be nice on bike rides.

Great mid-priced bike helmet
I am a recreational bike-rider, 20 to 25 mile rides on the weekends. I do not need a high end, name brand helmet from a bike shop. On the other hand I understand the importance of wearing a good helmet for protection, and as an engineer, I technically understand the importance of the shock absorption testing and certification which is what the MIPS is all about. I compared three helmets that claimed MIPS design: The Outdoor Master Gem, a Giro, and a Smith. All about the same price range between $40 to $65. The Outdoor Master was a clear winner for me.Pros:The internal foam absorption padding and the adjustment knob on the back of the helmet seem to be about the same in all three helmets that I compared. The differentiators were in the design and material quality of the internal webbing, adjustability, and chin strap, and also in the "look" of the helmet. The internal webbing and the chin strap in the Outdoor Master were clearly made of thicker material. The Outdoor Master came with two different sizes for the internal webbing which is easily attached to the internal helmet surface. The chin strap was also thicker and sturdier in this helmet, and it had a soft comfort cushion wrapped around the part of the strap that fits under the chin--a very nice addition which the others did not have. The external knob allows easy adjustment of the snugness of the webbing around your head--it is important to note that the webbing allows some designed movement between your head and the helmet, which is part of the designed protection (at least I think it is). The helmet has a removable visor which I think is essential. Finally, this helmet has a sleeker aerodynamic look to it compared to the more spherical look of the other helmets which I didn't care for.Cons:I haven't found any negatives yet, but I have only taken this helmet out for a couple of rides.Overall, very satisfied with the helmet which was packaged very well, with its own string bag, and extra webbing. I think it is an excellent value. Certainly I think any of these helmets in this price range with the MIPS certification are going to be more than good enough for the recreational rider, but I found distinct differences in the materials and in the look, glad I did some comparisons (that's where the free returns comes in real handy.)

Safe, comfortable, durable
I’m really happy with how this helmet feels on my head, it adjusts very easily to fit snug on my head. One of the best things about the bike is the safety rating on this bike is a lot higher than the price! Although I’ve not thoroughly tested how well it takes a hit, I have accidentally tested it a dozen times. The one time I was nervous about its safety it kept me from breaking my nose on a face plant! I would say it’s worth the spend unless you want $175 helmet with most likely the same safety quality.

great fit
Product arrived wrapped in a plastic wrapper; no box. At the present time that is my only complaint. It comes in a thin cloth bag to prevent stratches. It came with the listed extra padding. It feels light on the head and sturdy to the touch. It has several vents. Functionally I feel it will do well. It is aesthetically pleasing; love the light lavendar. Compared to GIRO's ladies fit helmet, this one fits so much better!

Amazing for big heads
Let me start by saying I have a colossally large head, so finding comfortable helmets is a CHALLENGE. This is adjustable, comfortable, and secure and has been working great for quite a few months now. Highly recommend.

The most comfortable helmet I own!
This helmet is so light and comfortable. It looks a lot better in person and not obnoxiously sporty like some other helmets. Love the MIPS integration, I’ll be recommending this to all my friends!

Great priced solid Mips helmet
Really solid built helmet, comparable to name brand ones 2x the price. Been looking for a new helmet forever, hate that the colors are so limited on the bigger brands. Found this one and technically have a 62cm head but surprisingly this one fits all the way out. Almost sent it back because the back part was digging in then realized it has a rear height adjustment under the mips. Adjusted that all the way down and fits better then my specialized older helmet that's a size 62cm.

Great Helmet!
For the price (around $40) I cant imagine you can find a much better helmet. I have a much more expensive Smith Engage helmet that I really like and use for mountain biking but the Outdoor Masters helmet is actually lighter and more comfortable. I took the visor off and use this one for road/gravel riding. I love that it comes with MIPS and even comes with 2 felt chin strap pads which is a nice feature that more helmet need. I wasnt sure which color I orginally wanted as I like the look of a lot of them. I ended up trying both the Midnight Blue and Aqua Blue. Stuck with the aqua blue which is more of a light cement gray- its pretty sharp looing! For a rather unknown company to make such a nice helmet that comes with MIPS for around $40 is very impressive. I highly recommend this helmet!
