Great quality plus motion sensor
Great quality and price is wayCheaper than a local store would be especially with the motion center. It comes in handy when you are touching meat/sticky hands from dough easy as waving your hand on sensor. No issues and the cradle for the wand is built great. Not sure why some are complaining of small cradle and it won’t catch? And I am not sure how another reviewer broke the knob off of the faucet it is well built.

Love thus
I'd had a tap faucet prior but it loosened up and was annoying.When we put in the countertops we switched to this. I love it!Messy hands while cooking, no worries about spreading germs or anything. With a touchless soap dispenser next ti this I can easily wash hands after handling meat ir with flour on my hands.

It’s a terrible faucet
The sensor is the worst. You set a glass near it and it turns on. It randomly shuts off. You ended up doing twice the work just to get water to run. Having the sensor on the base of the unit is a terrible design.I’d avoid this faucet and look for a sensor that’s near the top not the bottom. We love kept this one six months but it’s so annoying we are getting rid of it.

sensor stopped working after 2 weeks
the faucet works well but the touchless sensor completely stopped working after only 12 weeks of use.

Hard Surge when turning on and off,
When using the motion sensor there's a hard surge of water that comes out when turned on.

Control box doesn’t work properly even after replacement
I purchased this Krause faucet, and I’m quite disappointed. Few weeks out of the box, the control box didn’t work. It would not turn on and off with motion or be extremely delayed. after contacting customer service, they sent a replacement that also failed to function a few weeks later.Since I’m not handy, I had to pay someone twice to install it, which added to my frustration. I regret my purchase and wouldn’t recommend the Krause faucet to others.
