Masterpart Washing Machine Door Seal compatible with Samsung WF80F5E2W4X WF80F5ESU4W & WF70F5E Washers

Damaged my original seal on my 9 year old ecobubble - that in truth had been leaking a bit for a while. Baulked at the cost of an original seal for an older machine so tried my luck with this. Went in fine, and machine washing better and smelling less than it has for years. Came quicker than they said as well. What’s not to like at this price?

I managed to fit this without too much difficulty following a YouTube video. Sadly it didn't last beyond the first wash, not because of the quality of the product but because the underlying problem that caused the original seal to fail repeated itself. It is likely that the drum bearing had gone and taken out the original and the new seal.

Fit well.

No leaks after 2 washes, but as 1 side was wrapped in cardboard and tape it has been squashed and holds itself open. Also this took 4 days to arrive with Amazon Prime next day, I contacted the seller and delivery firm Evri. The seller never replied at all and Evri just kept sending generic messages saying we will look to see if your package moves tomorrow. And also ignored my emails. Absolutely awful customer service from both companies and Amazon for advertising next day. This mess cost me 3 days of wasted holiday from work.
