Great places listed that must be added to my bucket list

One of my favorite National Geographic issues of all time, perhaps because it spoke to my personal passions and life. May not be true for all. As always with National Geographic, great images of great places with an all too brief description. The cover caught my eye, because I am among the relatively few Americans who has been to that place. It is Sveti Jovan (St. John) Church, overlooking Lake Ohrid, in the Republic of Northern Macedonia (to use the country's new name). Yes, it is as beautiful as the image shows. For someone looking for images of places they have been and for places they might visit, even from an armchair, this is an enjoyable publication.

Hawaii isn't on this list. No offense but compared to many of the places on this list, that I've spent time in, Hawaii will definitely change your life. I honestly feel that someone made a glaring mistake.
