works first time every time
it works great. I was using a Shimano three chain wheel derailer previously, and it was very finicky. This one works smoothly, the first time every time.

Does not fit Iron Horse MKIII
Will not extend the guide far enough down for proper sprocket adjustment for the Iron Horse MKIII.I need a top pull: it'll be a bottom pull too, but need a longer cable to wrap around.
