I have been using this for a year now. It is very convenient to use this machine as we can view other parameters such as fat ,protein , water content etc in addition to the overall weight on the mobile app that comes along with it. Once we install the Ok ok app turn on Bluetooth and stand on the weighing machine all the essential parameters along with the weight would be displayed on the mobile app. The weight and temperature would be shown on the machine. I had to change the battery AAA once after 6 months of purchase. I would recommend this machine for anyone on a weight monitoring journey. The price is also economical

Avoid buying any product from Beat XP due to their abysmal after-sales service. The experience was terrible, and the customer service representative was extremely rude. I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue, including 10-12 calls and numerous emails, escalating the matter from lower to higher levels, but unfortunately, no solution was provided.

First time when you stand on it, it show 1-2 killo less or more . Second time it show a number and Second time, third time show same.You may think that the first time is wrong, and the second time is right, but you change the place, i.e. take the machine to another place and measure again, the first time will show one number and the second and third time will show the same number, I think that - First time the machine doesn't get it right and the second time shows a number and saves it, you stand the third time the fourth time it shows the same result.
