Very comfortable accent chair , that very well my become you favorit gaming chair ! This chair is so comfortable! It also folds down to a sleeper !! The chair can be reclined into various positions and possibilities! Easy to assemble and looks great ! Has an ottoman that has a extra soft cushioned top, like the rest of the chair !! Love this !!

It came packaged very well but was missing a couple parts. I contacted seller. They shipped missing parts within a couple days. Those came, still missing one piece, but they shipped that part right away. Was very impressed with the communication and quick shipping. We are going to buy another one to match.Its a little firm but I think overtime it will get more comfortable. The ottoman is very nice as well and really makes it a comfy chair. I know its not going to be a lifetime chair but for the price if we get a few years out of it I will be happy.

Extremely pleased with this chair. I bought it for my special needs but would recommend to anyone. I have a deteriorating spine and needed a chair to sit in at our rural church that would support my body and not have pressure points. I am also very sensitive to chemical smells and had no issues even straight out of the box. The pillow attached to the ottoman's foam was a little misshapen but I have no doubt it will be fine. It arrives tucked inside the bottom of the ottoman.The instructions are very clear with good pictures and description. Important things are written in black box to get attention. There are only 6 steps. As long as you pay attention to getting the legs going the right direction it was pretty fast. When attaching the seat my husband found it easier to line up the bolt by turning it on it's side. It could be assembled by 1 person but I held the instructions and handed him the correct bolts for the step and we were done in half an hour.Comfort: feels so comfortable with the foam in upright and laying flat. Would be easy to make as a quick bed and just put a sheet on it

The chair is comfortable and it looks decent but the instructions are terrible. Putting it together took me longer than i thought it would. There were a couple of screws that I had to take out to be able to attach the bottom of the chair to the back bar. The holes didn’t align. The instructions weren’t clear on how to connect the back pad to the bottom and the metal slots that it was supposed to go into is hard to see because it’s covered and it’s inside the pad. When I did it, only one of the metal slots clicked so I had to readjust the back pad so I could push the metal hinge into the slot. If you mess that up you won’t be able to adjust the back. It’s a comfortable chair but beware of the poor instructions.

This chair is insanely comfortable and ties our space together beautifully! I love that you can recline it partially, or completely lay it down. It's quickly become my new favorite reading spot.Upon arrival, there was an issue with the ottoman cushion - the velcro strip used to attach the cushion to the ottoman was mistakenly sewn into the inside of the cushion. I contacted customer support and they responded less than 24 hours later. I had a replacement cushion in the mail maybe three days later tops. Highly recommend this chair AND this seller to anyone who's interested!

This is the worst design possible for a chair! Some designer tried to separate the chair in as many possible parts to make it a challenge for an unsuspecting customer to try and fit it together. Even then it ends up looking junky and cheap. On top of it, the directions are incomplete and confusing. We ran into a number of problems requiring contacting the seller/manufacturer several times for clarification. The two legs supporting the back when reclining are zipped up in the back. If one sits in the chair and wants to recline, one will have to get up, walk around, unzip and lower the supporting legs.I cannot believe that Amazon is carrying such a poorly constructed item.

I’ve had this chair for over a year, and it still looks as good as new! The quality is excellent, and it’s incredibly durable. The reclining feature is perfect for relaxing and self-care time. Highly recommend!
