Painless cutting, battery seems to last a long time. Impressed me, as I wasn't expecting much for the price. It is a good quality product and has some good weight and feels sturdy.

Had these a couple of weeks and was sceptical that they would be any good but I have been pleasantly surprised. The design is cool with the moulded steel case, its a good weight to use but best of all the blades are precise and give a really quality cut. Battery life is good.This beard trimmer is of good quality & solid build. They cut quite close, not like a razor, but very close. The battery life is strong.I have only used these cupel of times up to now but they are very sturdy or feel very sturdy and capable, my hair was cut very well they shaved very close

Update: The seller contacted me following my initial review, apologised and refunded me in full. I thought this was excellent customer service. Rating raised from 1* to 4* — the trimmer was good while it worked (and had a great design), and customer service was excellent; but 4* because the trimmer did actually stop working after 9 months.Initial review: My trimmer stopped working after 9 months. I can't seem to get help from Amazon, the seller or the manufacturer. I wouldn't recommend.

Great beard trimmer and I have used it for cutting my hair. Good battery life and a good amount of attachments.

Bought the razor in May 2023 and was fantastic for the first few months. Battery life was amazing and only had to charge it once in the first 5 months. Now however it will only last about 30 seconds before it’s completely dead, and that’s even with charging for a good few hours.
