It's a good product. No issues so far. Safe and easy to use. Im quite happy with the product. It's a brand new product. Works absolutely fine as expected. I had purchased I bell induction from a different seller. My purchase experience was quite bad. I rcvd a refurbished induction which had a technical glitch. I returned it twice!!! Even the CS is pathetic!! It comes with fake warranty. I then decided not to re purchase it.Instead I decided to go ahead with V guard induction 2000 watts and copper coil. V guard is a brand per se. We can trust the company. In case of any issues, we can reach out to them. The seller is trustworthy. He also assured that they only deal with authentic brand new products. It's just a few hundred extra penny compared to I bell. It's worth spending few hundred more than settling with a refurbished product like I bell.Overall a good experience! Go for it!!

(Pictures are taken today).Looks compact & good.QUALITYIn built quality is excellent. The cook top is light weight & sturdy.HOW DOES IT FUNCTION?Very good. Boils water & cooks food much quicker than a gas top stove.It has pre set cooking menus along with manual temperature control.According to me it works optimum in manual setting.Some of the pre set temperature menus make the food burn (especially roti).( Of course this is my individual experience )All stainless steel & induction based utensils can be used on this cook top. Very convenient. While cooking, the utensils do not become very hot (unlike gas top ). User friendly cook top I would say.ANY NEGATIVES?Some of my Futura hard ionised cooking utensils didn't work on this as described on the website. It shows error code.Other than that no negatives.FINAL WORDIn built quality & very easy to use quality are the highlights of this induction cook top. Full value for the money paid.Easy to maintain as well.Down portion has a fan & that needs to be cleaned periodically .Would I recommend if you are interested in buying this? This is the cheapest in its segment yet one of the best induction stove that I've used till date. This is my 5th induction stove. Before this I have used pigeon, Havells and prestige. Before getting this pigeon was my personal fav out of the three, but v-guard has taken me by surprise.The top is very sturdy and is of premium quality. The button's edges are completely sealed making it spill proof. The functions are very easy to use, straightforward controls. No hidden features and stuff which makes it simple and on point.Overall , I think V-guard is a good choice because of their history. They started with stabilizers and I have been using them till date. My fridge stabilizer is V-guard. It's been 9 years and it has performed without a hickup. So when it comes to longetivity I have faith in V-Guard. Rest of the brands couldn't stand up to that. Prestige and Havells had several issues with buttons, coils etc. Pigeon would be my second choice now after V-guard.Hope this was helpful. Thank you.

Purchased 2 year back and last month its top glass broke down However its functionality perfect Due to broken glass i sent it to nearest authorised service point Even after a month spare part didn't received to them Even after multiple POs from their service network I personally called the responsibile person frequently and he didn't picked the callThis is my second such experience with VGuard

Bought this because the earlier induction stove stopped working and was searching for a new one. This product is decent and has different modes like any other induction stove in the market.One unique thing observed with this model is in case there is a water spill the unit stops working for some time. After allowing it to dry overnight or may be even couple of days and trying again, the unit starts to work like a charm. Seemingly an in-built fail-safe mechanism.
