Well I tried it today can't say about any effect but I would say its decent as it was easily mixable and also I went for their original mixer/shaker which was around 200 so didn't had any limbs and if talk about taste it was very light so it just taste like water with chocolate hint and Protien powder it self smell very nice but I don't why after mixing it in water u can smell chemicals or you can say chemicals I don't if that's a good thing but soon will try more brands then I will update this
