My father got me a new comforter for last christmas and while it's great for the cold winters, as the seasons change it's simply too heavy when the weather gets warmer. Living on the top floor of an apartment building it gets HOT! Even at night with the windows open. So for the last few weeks I find myself unable to sleep properly, and waking up drenched in sweat.I was skeptical at first , thinking how a blanket can stay cool but holy crap this ACTUALLY stays cool. The first night I used it was amazed and just how cool and breathable the material is. I was even able to place a sheet between and it cools the sheet! My legs stay completely cool and even my cat seems to love it too!The smallest issue is that you can't put it in the dryer, so I'll have to figure out how to hang this in my tiny 1 bedroom apartment.I don't regret purchasing this at all and the price for a queen size comforter is unbelievable! What a steal!

I really hate sleeping hot and sometimes even a sheet is too much. I wasn't sure what to expect out of this throw, but it actually feels cool to the touch! Nothing to plug in, don't have to store it in the fridge, just put it over yourself (not on top of sheets, but directly on you) and voila! This would be great for camping!

I love this blanket, it is so nice and cool! It has saved me over the summers. I am a warm sleeper and its so nice to have something that covers you but doesn't make you warmer. The material feels really nice and soft too.

First, I ordered a king because it just happened to have a better coupon than the queen. It turns out the king was a much better idea; I have a deep mattress so the queen wouldn't have come over the edges the king fits perfectly. It is very soft and light. I like it a lot, my husband isn't a huge fan. We're both very hot sleepers but he sleeps much hotter than me. I think it might take a full combination of every type of cooling bedding you can get to keep him from sweating at night. I have fibromyalgia and extremely sensitive skin, sometimes it literally feels like my flesh is being flayed so certain fabrics I just can't handle, this feels nice though. It feels a lot like wicking fabric used in athletic clothing.Pros:Light and breathableKept me cool (2 nights so far)Smooth fabric, feels niceCons:If it happens to get cold, it will not help you with that at all. So, the choice will be to be hot or freeze, no in between.It is a smooth fabric; it slides all over the place. I woke up last night and it slid down to the end of the bed. I'm sure my husband being an active sleeper doesn't help.If you have a hang nail or a dry patch, it is going to snag on the fabric.It's worth a try for anyone who sleeps hot, it certainly won't make it worse and is a good price compared to many cooling blankets out there.

Is lightweight and feels cool to the touch. It's my favorite blanket I own now, I don't like being hot or even very warm and this does the job. Especially during the summer. Sometimes I even wake up cold and I love it. Would buy again for anyone as a gift or more for myself too. The color is a nice contrast too.

Update - The seller reached out after I left my first review and offered to send me another blanket to replace the original one that ripped. So far the new blanket has not ripped and is very cool. Great customer service.Original Review - This blanket feels great and does stay cool. However, it is extremely delicate. I have had the blanket for a couple of days and there are already snags on it. I clipped one of the threads because the loose thread was getting caught on things and it resulted in a gaping hole that won’t stop shredding. The fabric “runs” like pantyhose. I’m so disappointed this blanket only lasted for 48 hours.
