Great Laptop
That is really really a good device. I am a computer Engineer, Alhamdulillah. The device is in great condition. Another favor I got from the merchant is that, I paid and ordered for 256GB but they sent the 512 GB SSD device. Thank you Sir very much.

Be careful
DOA, would not boot. Power on with light showing. No Dell logo on screen. I tried all troubleshooting steps provided except removing the battery, which requires opening the case. Support could/would not tell me if I opened the case whether my limited warranty would be voided. I tried to get an exchange, but all I could get was a refund. Honestly, don't know if this was a virtual assistant or a real person in chat.

Todo bien, a excepción de la bateria!
Llevo varios años trabajando con el, desde que lo adquiri la bateria no dura nada (literal) debo tenerlo conectado al cargador para poder trabajar con el.

Do not buy any laptop from them. They do not not work!

Clean but a couple QA issues
Laptop was in good repair BUT....when I got it, there was a crack in the base towards the front of the laptop, most likely when they took it apart to replace the drive. I wanted to look inside to make sure things were good and when I opened up the chassis, the M2 drive was not even secured to the MB. It was just flopping in its spring loaded holder. Good laptop but need to work on the QA. Not happy about the crack in the chassis.
