Clean looking

Great after the sale support
I had purchased the item for a shower renovation. The build quality of the drain is very good. The drain looks great with the new tile.However, my contractors had scratched the surface of the drain and had thrown away the pull out tool for lifting the drain. I was able to quickly contact Bernkot support and arrange for a replacement.After a some weeks, I had not received the replacement. I contacted Bernkot support. They were very professional. They let me know that they had notified Amazon to ship out the replacement immediately after I had last contacted them and the item had never been sent. Two days after contacting Bernkot I received the replacement parts.It's so refreshing to deal with a seller who will back up their product.Great product and great after sale support.
