I had a terrible cough for months - nothing would stop it, I started taking this every day, cough went away after about a week. Recently I ran out, didn't really think about it - I started coughing at night again, then I remembered I had run out. It's back on my daily routine. Also my friend at work - she had a terrible cough for weeks, I told her about this product - she didn't really believe me, so I ordered her a bottle as a gift - she now swears by it too. I have these in my cabinet in case of a respiratory infection and they help clear congestion quickly. I have others, but love this formula.

maybe slow acting. seems low if any effect Still early. Don't beleive it was designed for overnite..

I bought this product mainly to help clear out my lungs since I've been a smoker for over 20 years and it didn't just do that it actually started to help me quit smoking. I've tried everything you can think of from prescription to over the counter and nothing really worked. I would have to say the only thing I don't like about it is it has a off putting smell but if you can get past that I think this will be a great product for anyone that has tried everything else and nothing worked to quit smoking.
