The cassette tapes worked well, I have just recently purchased a new Cassette deck, and recorded my latest Magnum album. The quality of the recordings were excellent, so more recordings will be made. Cheers, William Kennedy Barnes.

These tapes sound very good, especially given how much cheaper they are than others on the market. At first, I was a little disappointed with the muffled sound at the high end, until I realised it's because the tapes don't seem to record very well with Dolby on. Record with noise reduction off, and they sound great.

Recorded on A side of tape successfully and then recorded on B side and A side when played was distorted. Had to use two tapes to record each 30 minutes. Also was unable to record at all on a new tape . I have used 3 tapes when I should only have had to use one.

Prior to recording I ran a tape through my cassette deck and there is a lot of hissing, crackling and signal noise. Once a recording was made they're not bad but I think that's just due to the metal particles not being aligned properly after manufactureI primarily bought these to tarnsfer some old proper chrome dioxide tapes into the case. Age had caused the glue to the tape leader to degrade and the tape came adrift when the tape came to the end after winding. I just wish there were other new tapes available rather than type 1, some type 2 would be nice. Luckily I do have quite a few new type 2 equivalent but these are seldom proper chrome dioxide.

Having gone back to using audio tapes after many years. This a great quality tape and well buying.

Records sound unevenly, barely playable.

I DIDNT THINK TAPE PLAYERS WERE MAD ANYMORE LET ALONE BLANK AUDIO CASSETTES! MY FATHER WAS VERY PLEASED TO GET 10 BLANK TAPES TO USE ON HIS NEW BOOMBOX WITH TAPE PLAYING FACILITY! HERE WITHIN 24HOURS WIITH 'PRIME'.
