Check all O-rings, they may have sent extra
For a moment I thought the O-rings were too thin. But then I noticed that there were 5 skinny O-rings and 5 normal/intended thickness O-rings.

Cheaper alternative to capsules, good not great
The Illy capsules are pricey, & the Francis Francis machines only take capsules…that is until this neat invention. I’m surprised the manufacturer of the machine didn’t think of it. It doesn’t make as great an espresso, but given that i want a cappuccino/latte, this is good enough. Get premium coffee, & you’ll fair better with the results. Add the frothed milk, & you’ll be glad you can save money, using this. Any savings is a good thing
