I purchased this for my recreation vehicle. Its compatible size and usb power (adapter provided) made it easy to go mobile. The cameras are small with a sturdy metal housing and easy to mount, even tucked away in a corner. The color is good, the pictures are sharp and the night vision is excellent. These photos are off my monitor. It was easy to setup. You can easily view your cameras if you’re got an Internet connection. The cameras are wired so you don’t have to worry about signal issues. And yes the provided cables were plenty long enough and you can easily purchase extensions for longer runs. I can’t wait to take it on the road!

After connecting the cameras in a testing stage, I've noticed the cameras were not very clear in the dark. I purchased two other different cameras. They were both a lot better. And I noticed in the configuration software setting, they showed PTZ. So, one of the 2nd camera I purchased had PT (pan/tilt, no zoom) coaxial only, not RS485 nor RS232. And the software was able to pan/tilt the camera. Way cool. I should've bought this system without any cameras, if I turned around I bought other cameras. I bought a 3TB hard drive, a separately a SATA to eSATA hard drive enclosure. So far, the security system formatted this drive, and is recording onto it. To get recorded footage off this system, you'll need a e.g. USB thunb drive, 32GB. And go to the backup/export to write to the drive, and it converts to MP4.

1st it’s not 180 I know because my bullet cameras are 170 and are 20+ wider.2nd it’s not swivel the base turns locks no tilt only to lock. HERE’s WHY: out of the box base & camera. Mt. The base ring put the camera in AND the only thing holding camera in place is…. “pinched wire”I’d recommend a bullet they are totally adjustable & stable

Purchased this camera to replace cameras that died over the years. I liked the fact that this camera is smaller and less noticeable than the previous ones from other companies but the greatest selling point for me is how well they performed at night vision. This is the only camera I've found that gives a wide visual range with high detail in the dead of night. Other cameras failed to illuminate more than 10 feet, this camera can see much farther. I'm very happy with the superior performance of this camera in this difficult position of the house. See attached images for clarity. This is now my go to solution for replacement cameras!

The good: it’s small and doesn’t attract much attention in areas where outsiders could tamper with it.The bad: picture quality is poor, and the span of the camera view very limited. For the price look elsewhere.

When I looked at this camera, I like it because IR diodes were not visible, like in Honic 5MP cameras I already purchased. Nice and elegant.Unfortunately this one looks like most other cameras including Interwebz I already have. I was disappointed, but I decided to keep it as potential replacement, but when I checked picture quality I was very disappointed. Maybe is only this item, maybe others are better, but picture from this camera was foggy. I triple checked if there is any plastic on lenses; no no plastic covered lenses.I am returning it.
