Outstanding product. Comes 50% assembled. When putting on side chain hooks, I used a Phillips screw driver as an alignment tool. Worked great. I had to purchase two short extensions (6-more links each) with 2-small shackles, to add to the long chains. Mother’s Day gift was a smashing success! Thanks

I recently purchased the Amish Casual 5 Foot Roll Back Porch Swing with Cup Holders, and I have to say, it's an excellent addition to our back patio.The quality of this swing is outstanding. You can immediately tell that it’s handmade with care. The materials are solid, and the construction is top-notch. It’s far superior to any swing I’ve seen at big box stores - I've only ever seen the swings with straight backs with no curve at the ends. The swing feels sturdy and durable, and I expect it will last for many years.The design of the swing is very comfortable. The roll-back style is comfortable on the backs of my knees, and lends to a nice aesthetic. The optional cup holders fit my standard drinking classes, though I'm not sure if it would fit a stemmed wine class comfortably, if only due to the center of gravity being off. The swing is spacious enough for two adults to sit comfortably.When the swing arrived, one of the slats was unfortunately broken. I think one of the screws were driven in a bit too deeply, and it busted through the wood in transit - FedEx did not handle with care in this instance. I was a bit disappointed at first, anticipating a contentious back-and-forth, but the customer service representative from the company was exceptional. I emailed them about the issue, and they responded quickly and shipped out a new slat immediately. The replacement arrived quickly and in perfect condition, and it was easy to swap out the broken one using the screwdriver attachment on my drill. Their prompt and effective communication really impressed me.One suggestion I have for the company is to offer a polyurethane finish as a purchase option. The swing comes unfinished, and while it’s nice to have the option to customize the finish yourself, it would be great if you could choose to have it pre-finished for added convenience. This would be especially useful for those of us who might not have the time or resources to do it ourselves. I have yet to apply a finish on mine, though it is on my list of things to do.Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase. The swing is beautifully made and very comfortable. The company’s excellent customer service made the experience even better. Despite the minor hiccup with the broken slat, I would highly recommend this swing to anyone looking for a high-quality, handmade porch swing. It’s definitely worth the investment!

Only had one small problem which was the armrests did not line up at the eye hole bolts properly so it took a little hammering to get those in place. One other problem though that I did not anticipate is the chain length. As you can tell from the pictures the swing sits about 4 ft off the ground making it impossible to get into. I ordered the 2' chain extensions from the same company and they worked just right. You better check your ceiling height before installing to make sure you have long enough chain. Other than that it's very comfortable and seems very well made and even came with a canister of touch up paint. Easy to put together and now we'll see how long it lasts.

Love this swing!! So very comfortable .We did put a sealant on it and the cup holders could be deeper but other than that is an extremely well made swing .
