The oven stopped working less than six months after purchase. I contacted the seller immediately. After four months I still have not gotten a response. The manufacturer did not honor the warranty or even bother to follow up on my request for help. Poor customer service and support. I would avoid this Amazon seller.

Too long to warm, doesn’t hold heat

Este horno es profesional, el ventilador distribuye perfectamente el calor, Yo compré el de medio tamaño y su interior es de 13x18, caben las bandejas de media plancha perfectamente, lo único que no me gustó es que no tiene bombilla interna pero para el buen servicio que ofrece este horno no me hace falta solo enciende la luz del celular y ya miras dentro... El cable de este en particular es de 120v ya el del horno full size es 240v.. estoy pensando comprarme el más grande porque me encantó este horno.. les doy un A plus+++

Great for business startups

so I went from a Cadco1/4 sheet oven and wanted to upsize. I order this and worst thing I could’ve done. At 500deg it will barely melt cheese…even after being on for more than an hour!!! Very bad product

Lo he tomado para cocer pizzas. En mi caso ha resultado bien.
