My twin grand nephews obsessed with this. It has to be reset from time to time because they play with it so much. We thought it was broken, but my husband with a masters degree in Computer science and electrical engineering figured out that it had to be reset after they had collected so many coins. It has to be put onto another piece to reset.

If you are buying this, understand that you must have the base Mario Lego set to go with it. If you do, this is a nice accessory to a collection, and looks good on display.

Fun to build. Took me 15-20 mins84 pieces. Pieces comes in 3 separate bags. There’s a booklet, but it doesn’t contain instructions. Rather it’s just ads for other lego sets, and how to get to digital instructions. There is a QR code on the booklet that leads you to the instructions/app. If you don't want to use the app; you can also search for instructions on Youtube---Clown CarDoes not include Lego Mario, Luigi or Bowser Jr.Sound effects: If you own Lego Mario or Luigi, it can make coin and hover sounds/mario saying “oh yeah” while moving the Clown Car in the air. Rotating/360 upside down flip in air also makes a different sound. When on a flat surface (landing) makes another sound. Lego Bowser Jr cannot do this as he doesn’t have a digital chip like Mario, but he can fit into the Clown CarHas propeller on bottom. Can pop in when laying flat. Has manual spin if you use your fingers. Does not spin by itself while Lego Mario is inside Clown CarGloves/arms can do a 360 degree rotation. No elbow joint movementEyes and mouth of Clown Car is painted on. No sticker. Wish there is a evil smile variant for the mouth, but you can flip the smile up-side down--- Bob-ombBob-omb has code scan on the side. Lego Mario/Luigi can jump on it to make coin sound effect. If you jump on it too long Mario will make a game over scream/yellBob-bomb Not attached to the base, so you can knock it over if you want while playing with Lego
