Very sturdy! The quality of these cases are awesome!! They are made very well and hold a ton of tools. My husband keeps them in the back of his work truck and has every tool in place and organized. No more rummaging through a tool box looking for something.

well-designed, it's just a little small for a signal box setup , i use it in conjunction with 2 other bigger Montezuma boxes

This was intended as a Christmas gift for my husband, but the lid hinge had broken clean off before it even arrived. Total failure

Great compact design, easy to carry around. However, the hinges are cheaply made, and the studs that your wrenches/sockets sit on are made of very cheap metal that bends easily. For the price I would expect better quality.

Very convenient toolbox with a few caveats. It will NOT hold 3/8 deep-wall sockets. I had to switch out my 3/8 for 1/4” deep-walls. Also, some of the pegs for the sockets are pretty weak. The pegs for the 1/4"-drive sockets get smaller towards the end of the row for the smaller sockets, and the small ones bend pretty easily if you apply any pressure to them. I also had to reshape the latch on one side where it bends backwards to allow clearance for a padlock. These latches are an “over-center” design, and because it was hitting the bolt holding the assembly on, it was stopping almost “on-center” and any slight touch would unlatch it. After reshaping, it works fine now. My last gripe is that the sticker on the front cover took forever to peel off. It took me over an hour of elbow grease and quite a lot of Goo Gone. All the other stickers peeled off easy-as-you-please, but the adhesive used on the cover sticker seemed as if it was meant for a permanent sticker. One cool thing about this toolbox design is that you can place a magnetic light on the inside of the lid, and it lights up the tools perfectly! See pics. If you put it in just the right place, you can even leave it in place when you close the lid! Overall, I’m pretty happy with this box for the money.
