Have been using this for years. Finally bought this big size. Makes great highlights.

Product is awesome 100% my go to for at home bleaching. But I will say be weary of the stock photos on this amazon listing. Product did not come in a plastic tub, it comes in a resealable envelope pouch. I thought it was different packaging than they sell at Sally so the extra couple bucks was worth it to me. Not when I realized it was different for a little more money.

This stuff will have your hair steaming! I don’t recommend use on your natural hair and scalp. It’s very damaging and i used it on extensions. It took out not only some of the color but my beautiful curly waves too and it really doesn’t lighten all that well even when using 40v developers. I had to use the 50v i had stashed underneath my bathroom sink to get the lifting power i needed. With the 40v the darkest brown only got lifted to about a medium brown and that was leaving it on there for an hour long. I needed to lift at least to a dark blonde. I wasn’t expecting 613 blonde but in the blonde spectrum at least! So not good in my opinion. I will never use this stuff again.

I've used PrismLites Violet for years ony virgin black bundles to get them to a medium brown-auburn which lifts to my desired color of 30 to 33 without any obnoxious orange tones. The violet toner allows me to tone any bright red or orange out in one step easily. I don't have to follow up with a separate toning step, and this bleach has more purple pigment than a purple shampoo, which I still do use just for extra red/yellow toning but it's not required. If you don't read the directions, please don't be disappointed when you find you won't be able to lift from black to blonde in one attempt without melting your extensions. This product clearly indicates a lift to 5 levels.

While I liked it, I guess. First time used. Found out after buying this, you can only use the 1 time. You have to throw it out. Seriously, make smaller containers.
