Perfect
Works great, I heat it to around 240-260⁰C for a mixture of frankincense resin and sandalwood powder and it provides the perfect ratio of vapor to smoke for me. I like the auto shut off timer too. Doesn't take long to heat up either and the handles never get too hot to hold. Can't think of anything bad to say about it other than it seems to be hottest in the center and gets cooler as it gets towards the edges but I expected that. Still way better than charcoal, I can't go back to that now. Thanks. Will probably buy one of these for my friend for Christmas too

Worked One Time Then Never Worked Again
The product arrived in OK aesthetic condition but the operations mechanism (where you turn it on / off) was scuffed and looked used. I was so excited to try out the new incense burner with my resin from Mt. Athos in Greece. I was able to use it once and it worked OK, not great. Just OK. It burned for about 20 minutes. Later that day I tried to use it again and it would not warm up. Not on any of the settings. I tried again the next day. I sent a message to the Seller named August Osmanthus. He replied abruptly that I need to work with Amazon to get a refund and to "have a nice life" Hahaha.. I didn't know if this was meant in a derogatory or sincere way but there definitely was not any apology or desire to help with the defective product. I would not recommend buying this product as it seems this has happened to other people. Bummer!

Perfect for Woods and Resins
I primarily heat Palo Santo and Sandalwood chips on low-med heat, just enough to get the pure scent without reaching a combustion-point and transitioning to heavy smoke. I was using my own home-brew tea candle heater but decided to try an electric for simplicity-sake. This ZhengLong is a nice design that ranges anywhere from a low heat to hot enough to produce serious smoke from a small amount of wood chips (if that's your thing). I prefer just shy of the smoke point and this is ideal for that and my needs. The timer functions are a great addition and I am very happy with this design and purchase.

Incense Burner, Resin Burner
I use this product with different resins and it works great. I just add whatever resin I want to the little metal tray that comes with it. For the resin I use I set it at 240. I have also run this from a small 180 watt power pack without issues

It heats stuff up
I aspire to fill my room with the thickest clouds of frankincense yet due to my ignorance and stupidity I ruined countless charcoal pads and filled my already abused respiratory system with acrid franken fumes. Now I can reap the benefits of a less carcinogenic vapors with ease, the adjustable temperature dial and easy to clean plate and heater (use tinfoil) make almost every use of incensed material easier.

Not good
The product is not satisfactory. It takes long time to see or smell. I really don’t like it. The price is too high for the product.

I use it daily
The media could not be loaded. So I use this incense burner daily when I’m meditating and I have found that it works pretty well…better than other options that are available through Amazon at the moment. It gets hotter and burns the incense better than other brands I’ve tested. Quick light charcoals is very bad for your health to be inhaling all the time, I also tried the Japanese coals, but those take a while to light so I landed at electric incense burners, and I don’t think I’m ever going back. I do not use the metal bowl but rather foil because it heats quicker and is easier to crunch up and throw away instead of trying to scrape the bowl.
