My son likes it
We had a professional nearby assemble it. No complaints. It works and it is big enough for my 16 year old. He likes it.

This is not SEMI-AUTOMATIC, it has a hand clutch like every other motorcycle/adult dirt bike
Let me start off by saying this is a great little Chinese dirt bike for $939. Very strong, an adult up to 5'10" can ride it and go fast. The rear shock feels like a moonbounce sometimes but it you're not used to Yamaha's and Suzukis you won't know the difference. The kickstart takes some muscle and finesse with the gas to get it started after its warmed up.But the big thing is the description by the seller is all wrong, I'm not sure if they took it off some other child dirt bike description or what. The "Extra Features" and "Easy to Operate" section of the description is 80% wrong. There's no light or extra storage compartment that mimics a real gas tank. Is this for a minibike???Also, This is NOT a semi automatic version, I'm not even sure the DB17 comes in a semi auto. SMART DEALS says it is semi auto, which means NO hand clutch, meaning you can shift gears on your foot without a left hand clutch. Not having a clutch is key for beginners because with a clutch you have to pull it in when coming to a stop, shifting, and getting going again. This product is NOT that. It has a hand clutch. I've told SMART DEALS this, but they keep saying its a semi auto - I don't even think they know what that means, they referred me to the manufacturer. I confirmed this a couple of times before they shipped it with someone that didn't seem like English was their first language. They shipped it and once you get it and unwrap it off the crate and see a hand clutch, there's no point in sending it back. I'm just trying to teach my first time rider how to work it. It will take some time. Besides dealing with the dealer, the bike seems great for the price. Only time will tell.
