No. They are not the same size. Or shape. Unfortunately I don't know if they will, make new ones.

Q: how far apart are the mounting holes?

the distance between 2 mounting holes is 45mm.

Q: Can this for the Nest wifi point (not the router)?

this mount is for Nest Wifi router which dimension is 110mm(diameter) x 90.4mm dimension of nest point is 102.2mm (diameter) x 87.2 mm, it is a little bit smaller than router. so the mount is able to hold nest point, but not exact fit.
