I've only had the product for a couple of weeks. In that time, I am unsure of the effects the product has. I'm following the guide on the bag for dosing. No adverse reactions (good, I'm allergic to a lot of things). I am a bit crabby (edgy) and get headaches, which I normally don't get, but cutting my dose helped curtail the headaches.I'd recommend this company for reasonable prices to see what might help your cognition. Mine's no worse :)Maybe a tad bit better!

I am a 42 year old man who has been diagnosed with ADD roughly 10 years ago. I stopped taking the medication which was prescribed for me by slowly stepping down the doseage and weening myself off. I was looking for some reasonably priced CDP to see if I could get an edge with some training I've recently started. This product was simple enough to use, and I added it to numerous different drinks, and some yogurts. It does not have any noticeable taste or smell which was great, since you won't notice it. If you add it to soda, it will fizz while you add it. The resealable package is great to keep the fine powder from going everywhere. Aside from that, initially I couldn't notice any effects, therefore I increased the dosage, and it began to give you a bit of a boost where you notice some more energy, and mental clarity. There are no side effects that I can think of. Depending on your needs, you'd need to adjust the dosage little by little to get the desired effect.

Wayy less then I expected, not sure how this will even last more then a week honestly. I regret buying.

I've used to take choline in pill form and it just a big tab...let down *rimshot*. I've found this to be far more "powderful" *snort*.Seriously, I had a brain hemorrhage about 8 years ago and I did some research and learned that choline is good for your brain. I'm as resourceful and intelligent as I've ever been. My deficits from the hemorrhage are pretty much all physical, so I've had to sharpen my cognition to make up for it. I've no doubt that this product helps me maintain a high level of focus.Plus if you ever get a hankering to dump salt directly on your tongue, this stuff is for you. I often just take a dose dry or mix it with other supplements - either way, it goes down smooth.

Does not come with a scoop and I don’t happen to have a mg scoop lying around. Of course I did not discover this until after I opened it so I can’t return it.

Using a gusset stand-up pouch makes it very difficult to get all of the product out. The powder gets stuck in the folds at the bottom. It should be packed in a simple zipper bag with the same barrier.Otherwise I think it, along with lemon balm and DMAE seem to work well together.
