Q: Is this the launcher in the first pic or the one with the clip that only makes a flash? Im trying to get both eventually but want the actual launcher

You have to put flash cotton down the tube and a some flash paper on the top to get the big ball flash effect. I’ve tried stuffing a little vs a bunch of cotton in with paper and had mixed results, sometimes it just burns the cotton not igniting it, sometimes the cotton ignites up and sends the paper out unignighted, and not as many times igniting cotton and bursting out the paper igniting too

Q: What are the instructions on use?

A 9 VOLT BATTERY MUST BE INSTALLED THEN YOU SIMPLY PUSH A SMALL CRUMPLED AMOUNT OF FLASH PAPER WHICH YOU CAN GET FROM ANY MAGIC STORE, PUSH THE PAPER DOWN FAR ENOUGH IN THE TUBE TO TOUCH THE IGNITION FILAMENT LOCATED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE TUBE, DON'T POINT TUBE DIRECTLY AT ANYONE ( EXCEPT A BURGLAR OR SERIAL KILLER ETC ) AND PRESS BUTTON ON TUBE, IT WILL MAKE A WHOOMP LIKE SOUND AND SHOOT OUT A FIRE LIKE FLASH OF LIGHT. THE DEVICE WORKS BUT THE CLIP THAT HOLDS THE BATTERY PACK TO YOUR POCKET, WAIST BAND, BELT ETC, SUCKS AND IS CHEAP, I HAD 2 DIFFERENT MODELS WHICH LOOK RELATIVELY SIMILAR ON 1 MODEL THE CLIP IS ALL METAL BUT TOO SMALL AND RUSTS, THE OTHER MODEL THE CLIP IS METAL WITH TO LITTLE PLASTIC GRIPS THAT CAN SLIP OFF FROM THE CLIP ITSELF, BOTH TYPES USE HOT GLUE TO ATTACH TO THE PLASTIC BATTERY PACK, SOMETIMES NOT ENOUGH GLUE IS USED SO THE CLIP CAN COME OFF THEN YOU WOULD NEED TO HOT GLUE IT AGAIN YOURSELF. FLASH TUBE OK, RETRACTION REEL OK, BATTERY PACK HOLDS BATTERY OK ( BUT FITS TIGHT, DIFFICULT TO INSERT AND REMOVE ) THE CLIP NECESSARY TO ATTACH TO SELF IS CHEAP TRASH.
