The bag arrived in pretty good condition - albeit there were a few frayed strings and a piece of the leather in the inside rim was nicked. I ordered the bag because I have the same style in grey and was looking for something new! I love the oversized clips that attach the straps to the bag (the biggest reason for my purchase!). I was disappointed that the straps on my new bag weren’t as wide as my previous, so I switched the grey straps from my old bag into the new one and I love how it looks! The interior of CK bags are almost all the same with a small zipper pocket and two open pockets. The magnetic closure is strong and holds the bag closed well. Overall a great bag for the price!

I love this tote. I can use it for work as my laptop fits in it easily. I also use it for personal use as it is a nice size, easy to carry, and looks great.

I use this bag for work. The quality is excellent. It is very durable. My first bag was green. This is my second bag of this brand. It is excellent. It holds a lot of things for me. It is very big.

Nice bag but shoulder straps don’t sit securely, they keep slipping off ur shoulders while im carrying it. Pretty sure I have normal shaped shoulders…

Color is gorgeous. Several pockets to put credit card case, pens, wet wipes. Zippered pocket for lipstick. Outside pouch for keys & phone. I have had several compliments. Love it!
