Perfect for watercolor artists
I bought these pins on a whim because I had heard they were waterproof and phenomenal. Finding a pin that is actually waterproof to use with watercolor is extremely difficult. Unless you’re buying an expensive art pen. These are waterproof. You do have to let it dry, but not for very long. I use these pins a whole lot in my art. I especially use these pins for urban sketching.

Best Uniball pens so far
I really enjoy these pens. They write smoothly, even at my small script size. (I'm right-handed, so can't vouch for smear resistance. The ink seems very permanent-- so check your pockets before doing laundry, if you carry one of these around!

Best pen for line and wash art
My art teacher recommended this particular pen for a class I recently took. It's so much better than any other options I've used. It flows effortlessly over the watercolor paper. It's the next best thing to using a fountain pen, and less messy.
