Don't cheap out on your gloves, get these!
I'd previously purchased some cheap imported gloves by some no-name company and thought that because they had 4 stars, they might be worth the risk. I was wrong. The other gloves began to come apart within a month and were worthless after that. I got these because I'd gotten this brand long ago (got gloves and lifting straps) and they did a great job. I needed a pair of gloves NOT for callous protection but to maximize my grip during pullups and other exercises (I tend to loosen my grip at very heavy weights and this is bad for my ligaments). These did the job perfectly: when closing my grip around the bar, I hold onto the gloves which makes my grip a little more secure and reduces the chance my grip will loosen under maximum weights. The only possible downside is the gloves are thick and might be a bit too thick around some bars. I don't mind but I did notice that on some newer dumbbells, my hands did not wrap around as well, and I have big hands! Regardless, this thickness is part of why they are so durable and in the months since I got them, they've held up wonderfully!

Comfortable but hard to get off
6/17/23I'm replacing my last pair of Harbinger gloves that the no longer seem to make. They are as close as I could come. I ordered them in the same size Medium as before. They are overall pretty comfortable. The challenge comes when you try and get them off. Your fingers are likely a bit sweaty at the point and the hold around your fingers fit TIGHT making it a challenge to get off. Maybe they'll loosen up some. We'll see how they hold up after break in and eventually washing them.

This is my second pair
I like these gloves. The first pair lasted over a year, though they did show some wear but remained functional. I still use the old pair while walking my dog (he's a 3 year old hound dog who is 90 pounds of muscle and has behavioral issues) and they've been good for protecting my hands while leaving my fingers free. The new ones: size was right on, they are the right amount of snug as they stretch while getting them on. The wrist wrap, just once around, is snug and all I need. Though I work out with heavy weights I do very little with free weights but rather stick to the machines. I think if I were doing more free and deadlifts I'd go with the wrist wrap model by Harbinger which I bought for my son who works out exclusively with free rights.Definitely recommend these for the gym and for walking crazy over-sized dogs.

Padding is Acceptable
The padding is good. The fit is not as expected. The large was to tight so I changed for XL which USA little sloppy as it is oversized.

Good Workout Gloves
My old pair were wearing out so I needed a new pair. These are padded and very comfortable.

Waste of money
I don't like to trash talk but those gloves are pretty much useless. Offer no protection to your fingers or wrists. It actually hurts my hand, especially the thumb area. Bought those for $29.99 and it's been sitting in my closet all this time. The only thing those gloves are good for is a better grip. I expect more from a gloves designed for weightlifting and the gym.

Durable, great fitting work out gloves.
This are the 2nd pair I've purchased. My first pair lasted for several years (maybe 3), which is very good considering I use them in my workouts about 5 days a week lifting weights. I like the comfort, fit, and durability. They are cushioned in the palms and finger areas which is perfect for lifting weights. I will buy another pair when these eventually wear out.
