Absolutely spot on

Bought this and I have made around 70 tumblers, it's lasted 4 months and the heating element has packed up. Let's hope the company's after sales is spot on as this is quite poor.

Item is very easy to use and I normally don't have any issues with it but just after a year of having it it's broken, I did expect it to last a little longer if I'm honest.

The media could not be loaded. It stopped heating up after 7 months. When I contacted the company I was told they wouldn’t do anything and I could buy a new heating part.

I bought this a year ago and barely used it at first once I started using it it worked great at first but now is not heating consistently across the element so the ends of the tumbler don’t print properly - informed retailer but was told the element looked over used and would need to be replaced at a cost of £44.99 - purchased this and while waiting the element also starting massively overheating in the last few days and now refuses to heat at all - would not buy again

The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately this is the second time this machine has broken on me, both times sparking and nearly catching fireCompany won’t give me a refund as I have absolutely no way of returning it even though it’s extremely dangerous 😭

Gets the job done but wasn’t to my liking

I’ve had this just over a year and today it caught fire it’s tripped all my electrics in the house and sparks and flames were coming from the hot plate connection
