Heat with a flavor
I really like this product. Never use hot sauce. When I wanted a bit heat I used a few slivers of a jalapeno, but I didn't always have one on hand. Being a wasp, heat in anything is a newish concept. I saw on food shows the chefs using calabrian chili paste. I bought a jar, opened it up an took a taste.. Yikes, it was hot and I knew I had to use it sparingly, but beyond the hot there was a flavor. Just not hot for the sake of hot. I use product a lot now. Just to add a simple "spicy" note. For those intolerant of high heat, this is perfect. One jar will last a long time.

Be surprised at your good taste!
If you’re looking at this picture of peppers in a jar and don’t love them it’s obvious you have never had them.We love to eat this with pasta and on toast or crusty Italian bread.My friends like to spoon the peppers on eggs and others on steak.What the common thread here is good taste.

Good flavor, variable heat
I add these to tuna and egg sandwich spreads as well as a good addition to almost any stew or sauce. Inspired by Bobby Flay who I watch way too often.
