I have used this book for several years. We have a small company, (fewer than 10 employees), and it is perfect. I use software to help with payroll, but this is a good usable paper trail.

The book is great. It's easy to use and I feel only asks for the major information that is needed. The only flaw is that my book only has 46 weeks.
