Perfect
Perfect for the job.Yes you have to "assemble" it but that's only lifting the black lever up on both usb ends, sliding in the ribbon and then closing the lever again... Took 10 seconds and not rocket science.Works perfectly, thank you

Cable is slim but the connector sticks out a fair bit
Got this as a power cable for 10in tab. Alas whilst it does deliver power the tablet was slowly losing charge. The drain is not huge but not enough for me.Very easy to install - lift the darker section insert the cable and close it back down. The cable is super slim feels like you are handling a cassette tape. Overall good quality product that does the job well given its slim profile. As a slim data cable it’s 5/5.Note that the usb will end up sticking out good 10-20mm even when plugged in.

Instructions needed
The cable requires assembly. Connecting it is fiddly and I managed to break the plastic conmectiom clamp before I figured out how it works. Luckily I still managed to secure the cable. Some instructions would be nice.FYI the connector that the ribbon cable slides into has a thin plastic clampThat you need to flipu up. Insert the ribbon cable and then push the clamp back down to secure

Useless I'm afraid
Purchased to replace an existing broken angled usb to access a relatively confined socket. The circuit board is unnecessarily wide especially compared to those usually available, preventing access to the socket. The circuit board can't be narrowed as the pcb wiring traverses the circumference of the usb plug. Quite perverse to the usual angled USB. Straight into the bin

Simple USB lead
As you can see comes as lead and two usb ends. Simply plug the lead into both USB connectors and you have a thin compact micro usb b to USB B lead. No soldering like the other review mentions.

Works as expected - ignore review about soldering.
This cable is exactly what I expected, took a gamble as I saw another review on here mention you need to solder some tiny points - this is NOT the case. It's simple plugging a ribbon cable into either port end. This was a perfect fit for my diy photo booth project, where it was required in a tight space. Cheers.
