Helps with my Achilles Tendonitis
You could probably get away with stepping against a wall or standing on a couple of boards but this makes it easy. First, it's well made. Finished well and capped with slip free rubber tread. Adjustable for different angles has been great since some days I want a deeper stretch and other days, not so much. I keep this in my basement "gym" and step on to it randomly when walking by and inject it into many of my routines.

Great for stretching calves!
I have been dealing with tight calves and plantar fasciitis for months. This really allows me to get a deep stretch in my calves. I like that it gives 3 different options for how much of an incline you want.

Perfect for rehab and stretching the gastrocnemius muscle (calf). Nice price. Sturdy.

Built well; helps with tight calves, shins, core
One of the first things I always did while at PT was stretch on the slant board. I missed this when PT ended. I thought I could get the same stretch on stairs but it wasn't the same. After receiving this slant board, I've used it daily, first thing in the morning and later when I take breaks. The stretch always feels so good and it makes me realize how tight my calves are. NOTE: Start gradually. It is easy to change the settings (increase the slant), but go slow. The highest setting is quite pitched and likely no one should start there. Great investment for one's health. Easy to stash on its side on a wall or behind a sofa if space is an issue.

For ankle injury
This slanted block has been very helpful in my recovery of an ankle injury. I know I could have built one myself but this has been perfect for a very reasonable price. Doesn't move when standing on.
