This works great to help you fall asleep but after taking these Gummies, it takes about 30 minutes to work but after taking these as directions says always get in bed they will work better and faster to make you sleepy, if you stay up after taking the recommend quantity, this doesn't work as good to make you sleepy if you stay up waiting to get sleepy! Stay in bed after taking these and you will fall asleep peacefully and feel restful after you wake up and you don't feel sluggish ! I do recommend this product, non additions! Much better than other sleep aids ! You get a full bottle of great tasting Gummies!

Working Good

I recently tried these to help me with sleeping.. I had mixed results and found, for me 10 mg dosages were not enough for me and noticed that when I took 2-3 it had noticeable effectsThese aren’t bad, but I ended up using a different product, which was more expensive and have had better success with.These are fine, but body chemistry and metabolism is different for everyone I’m not a doctor and don’t play one in TV 📺Always check with your doctor before you take the recommendation of anyone on Amazon 😉

Works like a charm! I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling more refreshed. Plus, the strawberry flavor is actually pretty good.

Updated review: So yes, they do work! Too well! However, you will be groggy on the wake up, that is if you don't get a full rest( 8+ hours). It also takes awhile to wear off. I dont think ill finish the bottle.
