Compact size, easy to assemble, clean and simple, and it fits my WiseOwl double hammock!
This is my second hammock stand, which I bought so I could put a hammock in my living room with a gathered end nylon hammock. This hammock stand is shorter in height, and not as long as my other hammock stand, which is something I was looking for in a hammock stand for inside my living room. The hammock was packaged quite well, and all the parts were included(there were even 1 or 2 extra knobs included which was nice, better too many than too few!)The parts were clean(no stubborn manufacturing residues, nor odors), and very simple. Altogether there are 5 pieces(minus the knobs and hooks) which connect to form the stand. Once I had all of the pieces out of the box and laid out on the floor, it only took me 10-15minutes to assemble, and the assembly and instructions were very straightforward and easy.I like how it’s easy to move, it’s not super heavy but appears fairly sturdy for its size, weight, and price. It is not as heavy, nor does it seem as sturdy or durable as my other hammock stand(which was nearly double the price of this hammock stand) but time will tell how this one holds up.As I write this I have only had the stand for a week. Overall, I’m fairly pleased with the price, the quality, the ease of assembly, and the ease of use. The size works well for the living room as it is not as huge as the other stand I have. Based off of assembling it, I can imagine that disassembling it would be very quick and simple, as well.It fits my hammock pretty well. There was a bit of struggle when first screwing in a couple of the knobs, but once they started to thread they went in without much trouble. If there are ever any issues with the stands durability over time I will try to update this review to reflect that. For now, I’m enjoying having the hammock in my living room on a stand that’s not humongous.Based off of the reviews I did not keep the carry bag that was included as it did not appear to be of great quality when I received it and I probably won’t be traveling with the hammock stand. That’s ok, because to me the bag was an unnecessary bonus. Maybe if they made it a little larger to comfortably accommodate all the pieces and made it of a better material I may have kept it.

Just amazing
Easy to transport, easy to ensamble, it hold weight perfectly, It doesn't move as it is pretty stable. Only issue is that water does get inside the tubes when it rains, and it gets a bit of rust inside.

very good product so far
I bought this hammock stand for a camping hammock that i have, it was delivered several days earlier than expected and packaged very well, feels very well made and looks very professional, comes with directions that are easy to follow, very easy to set up. I am a 5'8'' male and weigh about 170lbs, after several days of using it, it is very comfortable, sturdy and stable on the ground. Nice size and design, each end of the "hanging handle" has 6 holes for very convenient adjustment of my hammock, and screws have large plastic handles for easy adjustment. Also, the carrying bag seems to be good quality too, so great for storage or transport, looking forward to taking it to the park, beach or other places when i travel. Absolutely love this stand!

Actually holds weight!
I've previously purchased a "holds 400lbs" hammock stand on Amazon, because at 250lbs I'm aware that I push the weight limits of a lot of things. It crumpled the second time I got on it. I took a chance on this one due to the price point but knew that I was risking having another pile of scrap.Much to my delighted surprise, this thing is sturdy as heck. I can swing (gently) on it. I've had it a few weeks now and it's holding up perfectly. It's thoughtfully made with reinforcements at the bends, curved washers, and extra pieces. Assembly was super easy - no instructions needed, really! I'm incredibly happy with this stand.

Sturdy but a flawed design
At first, opening the bag of parts I felt this was pretty sturdy and had a nice finish. The directions looked pretty straight forward.#1 issue I encountered:- Putting the “U” shaped ended pipes into the stand was tedious as the holes drilled into those pieces were not in line with the holes in the stand and you have to pull them up a little to line up and insert the tightening knobs. (First photo) Since these pieces are pretty heavy this is not easy. Also the holes are on TOP which will not tighten the pieces with side to side movement, should you put you leg out to rock yourself a little. I felt a little thump either side the hammock rocks which was annoying. It also tends to loosen the tightening screws each time I rock and I’m constantly retightening them each time I use it. Finally I took the piece back out and wrapped some electrical tape around it to try to stabilize this effect. But that didn’t work as well as I hoped.#2 issue:- Those same “U” shaped pieces slid INTO the stand section, but would have been less wobbly if they slid OVER the stand pipes. My daughter has the “Vivere“ brand stand and it is much more stable designed that way. Because these slide INSIDE and not all the way in (remember they had to be lifted a bit to line up with the holes) if you have this stand out on a deck in your yard, when it rains, moisture will get drawn into the crease where the arm connects to the stand, which is hollow so it’s likely the moisture seeping in will eventually rust the inside of the stand. Positioning it OVER the stand pipe would be much more water resistant.#3 issue:- The series of holes Drilled into the “U” shaped arms offer optional fitting for different size hammocks. You screw the hooks (into the bottom sideS) to hold the hammock ends in place. But the unused holes remain open and once again, since they are drilled from the top, they create more ways for water to get inside the hollow stand if it should rain. I ended up putting a strip of black duct tape (to match the finish I got), over the remaining open holes to prevent that. They should have included small plastic, removable plugs to fill those unused holes but they didn't.#4 issue:- The stand comes with a carry bag but it’s so heavy and cumbersome to really be portable that the bag seems unnecessary. Would have been more practical to include plastic plugs to fill the open holes instead of this carry bag. No one would carry such a heavy item to go camping or to possibly change its location around the yard.So that’s why I didn’t rate this stand very highly. I wish I would have ordered the Vivere stand. It was not that much more for the annoyances listed above.
