Already feeling the benefit
I decided to try these due to the effective properties of orotate on the cardiovascular system. I'm noticing a drop in my blood pressure, I'm delighted with this as my BP was slighly elevated. I'm also sleeping better

Be carefull, 2000mg of Magnesium is not the actual amount of Magnesium Oreate! Do the research and buy the right stuff!

As a food supplement take 4 vegan capsules daily, preferably with a glass of water. Recommended daily intake (4 capsules) contains Magnesium Orotate 2000mg including 200mg elemental magnesium . Each bottle contains 120 capsules. 1 Month supply
