I eat an alkaline diet but still include these daily. I have zero soreness after working out and my joints feel amazing. I’m 51 and feel 30 again. I am very pleased with this product! I noticed an increase of energy, my fatigue and muscle pain are gone! Also I noticed I dropped a few pounds. I just feel so much better! Acidoses is a real condition that most doctors don’t test for conditions like mine. Body ph becomes difficult to balance as you age especially with the acidic diet in America. This supplement will protect you from most disease that flourishes in an acidic environment. I highly recommend this!

The main description clearly states “magnesium bicarbonate capsules”, but they’re not. It is shown in the nutrition label as magnesium biglycinate. Plus, it shows a bunch of other ingredients I didn’t want. Big fail.

I’ve been taking these for a couple months now and I can easily say it’s hard to skip a day without taking them! I work long hours and the energy and overall wellness I feel throughout the day with this product is incredible. I don’t feel burnt out or exhausted and I wake up less groggy when I take them in the morning. The test strips are a beneficial tool in knowing of you are taking care of your body the way you should.
